Welcome to John Giltinane & Associates Website. John Giltinane
who heads up the company was born in Limerick in 1971. Educated
at Rathkeale Primary School, St. Clements College Limerick and UL,
where he graduated with a Certificate of Proficiency in Auctioneering
and Estate Agency in Sept. 2002. He also holds a Cert. in Agriculture
and obtained Auctioneering experience with Stokes and Quirke.
John plays rugby with Garryowen rugby club, with whom he won All
Ireland League, Munster Senior Cup & Munster Junior Cup medals
and is at present on their Senior panel.
John comes from a family with a long tradition in Auctioneering.
He is the 5th generation in the business. His great-great grandfather
Michael founded the business in the 1800's and was followed by his
great grandfather and grandfather, who were well known throughout
Munster.
John has started his own business in the Adare Limerick area -
with properties in Limerick, Clare, Cork and Tipperary on his books.
He would be only too happy to guide and advise you buying or selling
property; Residential, Agricultural and Commercial. Our office is
